Posy of Violets - Edible Flower Watercolor Print

A beautiful Violet art print from my edible flowers watercolor series printed on the loveliest paper.

A painting of a tiny bouquet of wild violets tied with a piece of raffia. What sweet flowers. I painted their tiny forms in soft purples with a hint of blue. The word 'Violet' is hand lettered in watercolour at their base.

Did you know that wild violet flowers are edible? Some add them to salads or crystallize them and use them to decorate cakes. 

A perfect gift for your favorite gardener or cook. Or perhaps a romantic gift to your sweetheart. Violets are said to represent love and admiration.

• Materials: Epson Ultrachrome Inks on luxurious textured paper

I spend ages on my prints making sure that they are as close as possible to my original watercolours. I produce them in my studio on my Epson printer.

I will initial the image at the bottom. Your print will be packaged with care.

All monitors are different so the colors appearing on your screen may differ from those of the print. Most often, the colors in your print will be more delicate than what is probably showing on your monitor.
