Heart Rocks Watercolor Card

This beautiful card features my watercolor 'Heart Rocks'. 

I love rocks. I love hearts. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise that I love heart-shaped rocks. This painting is of heart stones I collected on the beach at Ogunquit, Maine during a family vacation. Originally I had the two larger rocks in my composition. Then I found the smaller heart rock and added it. It all came together. They look like they belong together--a family of rocks, a family of hearts.

I print my cards on luxurious watercolor paper. The paper is lovely and thick. It's beautiful to the touch and easy to write on.
